Raised to life in Christ: Get baptized at Calvary

Baptism is an important step of obedience in the life of a believer. Getting baptized is not the source of our salvation, but it’s the public declaration of our commitment to follow Jesus and live in alignment with His word. Baptism symbolizes the forgiveness of our sins and our new life in Christ. It’s something to be celebrated and a special moment in a believer’s walk with Christ, marking a new chapter in their faith journey.

“And now what are you waiting for? Get up, be baptized and wash your sins away, calling on his name.”
Acts 22:16 NIV

Why should I get baptized?

The Bible says that every person who believes in Christ should be baptized. A believer is someone who has realized that their sin has separated them from God. They have given up all personal efforts to reach God through good works or religious activity. They have concluded that Jesus Christ's death on the cross for their sins is the only thing that can bridge the gap between themselves and God. A believer is someone who has decided to trust Christ alone for salvation. If you have come to that point in your spiritual journey, then you should be baptized. Acts 2:41; 8:12-13

Getting baptized at Calvary is simple.
